Big purrs to Steve Uffman for honoring the Louisiana Bobcat Refuge as our pioneer wildlife photographer. LBR was hesitant to work with any photographers in our initial years and even had our first visit with Animal Planet/Nat Geo filmed at a release site, not the rehab habitat areas. As LDWF campaign photographer for the black bear and whooping  crane campaigns, his work is easily recognized within the state, but he is also a widely recognized international wildlife photographer, along with his wife, Marian. Together they travel the world making a difference as educators, conservationists and photographers. LBR couldn't be more pleased than to share their captures with you of a few of our release that you helped make possible. Big purrs! <3
